Faster Trips to the Dentist with New CEREC Technology at NHWC!

Natural Horizons is proud to offer new CEREC dental technology to all of our patients, a cutting-edge system for tooth restoration that can repair broken or damaged teeth in a single office visit! For you, the patient, this means fewer injections, less drilling, and less time out of your hectic schedule for dental care.
CEREC (CERamic REConstruction) can be used for crowns, veneers and all other single tooth restorations for one-visit restorations with precise results. Using CAD-CAM computer technology, the dentists at Natural Horizons will take an image of the tooth that needs repair using a special camera. The dentist sends that image to the CEREC computer where a block of ceramic material is used to design and mill the new restored tooth in as little as 15 minutes. The restoration is then bonded to the tooth, for a permanent hold.
What are the benefits to you? With CEREC technology there are no impressions or temporary teeth needed, so you can have your teeth repaired in one visit. The ceramic material used for the restoration is natural looking and more durable than processed ceramic. It bonds to the tooth so effectively that it actually makes the tooth stronger. Find out more about CEREC technology and how Natural Horizons can save you time and money on your dental care. For more information or to schedule your appointment, please call 703-246-9355.
