Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) For many women, dealing with PMS means less discomfort, better emotional control, and simply feeling better. Far too many doctors treat PMS by prescribing pain-relievers. A holistic PMS treatment focuses on correcting nutrient deficiencies and poor energy flow issues.

Hormone Balancing is a large part of our women’s wellness program, as hormones play a vital role in every woman’s health and well being. Women of all ages experience hormone imbalances, but symptoms often become evident from the late 20’s to early 40’s. Symptoms can include difficulty losing weight (or rapid weight gain), depressions, insomnia, hot flashes, low libido, etc. Bioidentical hormone therapy is one method of treatment. Dr. Robin Ridinger will work with you to determine the extent of your imbalance and help design a course of treatment to help bring your body back into balance.

Please bring all recent medical records, including lab work, test results, x-rays, scans, and any other information relevant to your condition.
If you have downloaded our Patient Intake Form, or received it by mail, please fill it out completely and bring it with you to your first appointment.
If you have not received the Patient Intake Form, please arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you will have ample time to fill it out prior to seeing your doctor.
