Diagnostic Assessments
Each person that enters the Horizons of Hope Intensive Out Patient program has individual needs. We are committed to providing services and treatments that are specifically tailored to those needs. After clients receive a highly detailed, in-depth medical intake from Dr. J. Shaw Jones, medical assessments will be ordered to provide us an accurate and complete account of your biological makeup and metabolic condition. The combined results of the doctor's intake and our medical assessments will help us design a custom program to address your specific requirements and quickly get you on the path to recovery.
Medical assessments include but are not limited to:
- Blood Tests
Helps evaluate presence of disease, infections, inflammation, anemia, and other conditions. Tests include, but are not limited to:
- CBC
- CMP
- Thyroid Panel
- Amylase
- Lipase
- Serum Zinc
- Serum Copper
- Candida Antibody
- Serum Antihistamines
- Amino Acid Analysis
- Krypto Pyrrioles
- Urinalysis
Screens for drugs and identifies urinary tract infection, PH balance and other factors.
- Saliva, Hair, Stool Analysis
Helps measure hormones, heavy metal build up, parasites, candida and other factors.
- Nutritional Evaluation
Helps establish nutritional needs on an individual basis for optimal functioning.
- Food/Chemical/ Mold/ Pharmacoactive-antigen Testing
Determines if patient has allergies to foods, chemicals, molds, and other things.
- Chest X-Ray
Screens for irregularities or abnormalities of the lungs and chest wall.
- EKG
Helps determine irregularities or abnormalities of heart function.
