If you suffer with varicose veins and have tried exercising you have probably noticed that they turn even more purple and obvious.  Does this mean you should not exercise or that exercise will make the veins worse?  No, in fact exercise can help improve the condition.

All veins have one-way valves that keep blood flowing to the heart.  Sometimes due to heredity, age, standing or setting too long in one position day in and day out, being overweight or living a sedentary life style...

Do you feel that you need to take mega-supplements and maintain a strict diet and routine or else your chronic recurring problems will flare up?  Symptoms are signs our body gives us when our governing system, Chi, is stressed out or out of balance.  A person with a strong, balanced Chi can handle an occasional dietary indiscretion, stress, exposure to some germs, toxins or allergens without getting ill.  We are each born with an energetic blueprint that is individual to us and which...

Often times, those people who have experienced  or witnessed traumatic events have on-going and uncontrollable fear, anxiety, depression, rage and other life-altering emotions.  It has only been since 1980 that these symptoms have gained recognition, validation and a name: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD. Now research shows CranioSacral Therapy improves symptoms for PTSD sufferers.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) was officially recognized by the American Psychiatric...

After monitoring the three groups for a period of six weeks they found the group being treated with just drugs was doing only slightly better than the other two...

Reuters Health recently released their findings done in a two year trial of 168 volunteers with MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment) which is a major risk factor in both Alzheimer's and Dementia.  In the study, part of the control group were given a pill with high doses of B vitamins while the other half were given a placebo pill.  The results were interesting, to say the least.
